**Job Description**

AECOM is actively seeking a highly motivated Project Manager for immediate employment in Ft Worth, Texas.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

+ Manages multiple projects and is responsive to client.

+ Performs QA/QC for multiple projects including more complex clients and projects.

+ Typically manages projects involving RTF (Risk Triggering Factors).

+ Has decision-making authority and directs other Project team members in recognizing risk and uncertainty with plans to mitigate and eliminate such

+ Manages portfolio of clients with multiple projects.

+ Responsible for delivering revenues assigned from specific clients as a result of repeat business caused by flawless execution of projects.

+ Consistently delivers profit margins planned.

+ Consistently completes project without write-downs or multiplier erosion.

+ Typically manages projects involving RTF (Risk Triggering Factors).

+ Manages more complex clients and projects.

+ Has decision-making authority and directs other Project Managers in recognizing risk and uncertainty with plans to mitigate and eliminate such.

+ Directs staff to operate and minimize exposure to claims.

+ Supervises and directs Project Managers with multiple projects or program of projects.

**Qualifications**

Minimum Requirements

+ Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering

+ 8+ years of previous design experience on transportation projects including Schematic Development and Preparation of Plans, Specifications and Estimates (PS&E) or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education

+ Professional Engineer (PE)

Preferred Qualifications

+ 10+ years of previous design experience on transportation projects including Schematic Development and/or Preparation of Plans, Specifications and Estimates (PS&E)

+ TxDOT experience with Schematic Development, Roadway Design, Freeway Interchanges, Multi-Level Interchange Design, Bridge Class Culverts, and Hydraulic Design

+ Experience designing highway/roadway systems, drainage systems, and traffic control plans

+ Experience managing multidisciplinary project

+ Experience with design software including MicroStation and GEOPAK and/or OpenRoads

+ Experience with Quality control and Quality assurance for PS&E/Schematics plan sets.

+ Experience working with local government agencies and/or Business development/client management

+ Experience with managing people at various experience levels and ability to mentor with their career development

+ Good communication skills and ability to manage a team

**Additional Information**

Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications. The expected range is $115,000.00 - $175,000.00.
