Reports To: Construction Operations Manager

Job Overview: The PM's will be responsible for managing the projects and supporting the leads through the completion of the project. They will be in communication with builders regarding scheduling and scope changes. They will be responsible for material ordering and daily schedules during all phases of site development, from demolition and excavation to underground utility installs and fine grading.

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities and Duties:

* Daily schedule

* Review job folders

* Review invoices

* Review time sheets

* Material take Offs

* As-built drawings

* Pre-Project preparation

* Change order coordination

* Locate mark outs

* Communication with builders and inspectors

* Pre-con meetings

* Coordination with other trade site activities

* Clock in and out of tasks daily

Qualifications:

* Ability to lead and manage people

* Ability to use: Google Docs, Google Calendar. Gmail, Microsoft programs

* Ability to read plans

* Clean driving record

* Good communication skills

* Knowledge of city specs and site requirements

* Minimum of 2 years' experience
