**Position Summary**
RSI is recruiting for a Project Manager who will be responsible for management of construction and characterization projects. This involves full embrace of Integrated Work Control Process (IWCP) and Integrated Safety Management System (ISMS) and leading an integrated project team from initial project planning through close-out. Requires close coordination with key functional support, including Engineering, Environmental Compliance, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Contracts and Construction. Responsible for project specific Earned Value Management System (EVMS) reporting to the Site Lead. Personnel in this position are considered the primary delegate for the Deputy and Site Lead roles.

**Hiring Range: $85,000 - $110,000/yr. (The anticipated starting salary is based on the posted minimum requirements for this position. The offered salary will be based upon the selected applicants education, training, and experience.)**
This position is required to travel 5-10% of the time.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
+ Support project implementation via IWCP and ISMS.
+ Lead Integrated Project Teams to plan and execute small to large-scale construction, maintenance and/or characterization projects.
+ Support QA with internal and external audits, and address Assessment and Issue Management System (AIMS) issues as needed.
+ Provide timely contribution to Functional organizations for Contract Deliverables as requested.
+ Keep current with all required training.
+ Manage Records in accordance with Information Management requirements.
+ Communicate project scope and goals to LMS upper management, LM Site Management and Stakeholders.
+ Update project schedule and cost performance and develop and communicate variances.
+ Develop Statements of Work for subcontractor support of Rocky Flats projects.
+ Develop risk registers for assigned projects.
+ Review subcontractor performance.
+ Perform Construction Site Supervisor (CSS) duties as required to meet project construction schedules.
+ Working with the ECHO group, promote and maintain good relations with Rocky Flats Stakeholders by giving Site tours to LM approved visitors.
+ Ensure adherence to the Rocky Flats Corrective Action Decision/Record of Decision (CAD/ROD), Rocky Flats Legacy Management Agreement (RFLMA), Rocky Flats Site Operating Guide (RFSOG), Site Specific procedures and LM and LMS organization procedures.
+ Initiate and support development of Task Order Changes (TOCs) as appropriate.
+ Mentor staff on project management and construction management.
+ Other duties as assigned.
**Required Education and Years of Relevant Experience**
+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Construction Management, or related field
+ 10 years of relevant experience
**Licenses and Certifications**
+ Valid Drivers License
**Required Skills and Abilities**
+ Knowledge and experience to manage small-scale to large scale construction, renovation, maintenance, and repairs, including subcontractor and vendor technical oversight.
+ Proficient in administering project controls processes using EVMS system and procedures for controlling large-scale project management.
+ Proficient with IWCP and ISMS requirements
+ Excellent communicator, both verbally and in written form.
**Desired Skills and Abilities** **:**
+ Project Management Professional (PMP), Professional Geologist (PG), or Professional Engineer (PE) certification is preferred.

**Essential Physical Requirements**
Medium: Work involves moving objects by exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, or an above-negligible amount and up to 10 pounds constantly. Physical demand requirements are in excess of those for light work.
