Essential Job Functions:
- Collaborate with project managers to develop comprehensive project plans.
- Provides information, quotes, credit terms, and other bid specifications to customers.
- Facilitate effective communication between project team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Organize and lead regular project meetings, providing updates and addressing concerns.
- Assist in the allocation of resource materials, to meet project requirements.
- Work closely with relevant teams to ensure resource availability and optimal utilization.
- Support the monitoring and tracking of projects.
- Utilize Bi to update orders and quotes as needed.
- Assist in customer cost updates and maintain best in practice pricing within our P21 software.
- Investigates and resolves invoicing and freight charge issues with Accounting in a timely manner.
- Collaborate both professionally and positively with Customer Service, Procurement and Operations to develop and/or improve best in class process, procedures relative to daily activities.
- Evaluate daily, weekly, and monthly reports while taking actions to improve the overall efficiency of the Customer Service department to support Procurement and Operations.
- Identify potential project material risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
- Generate regular project status reports for stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and potential issues though the use of BI.

- Proven experience in project coordination within the utility industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management tools and software.
- Knowledge of utility industry best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
