Remedy (a division of Employbridge) is honored to have been selected to support an innovative international manufacturer as they embark on a key search to welcome a new Project Planner to their excellent team. This Project Planner will be focused on ensuring the smooth execution of various programs by analyzing project requirements across multiple domains. This individual will be responsible for coordinating efforts between departments, ensuring compliance with project deadlines, and optimizing resource allocation. Job Title: Project Planner Job Type: Full-time/Salaried/Direct Hire Reports to: Vice President of Operations Shift: Days Salary: Up to $110k, depending upon prior expertise Essential functions for this Project Planner will include:

  • Collaborate with engineering, product design, and the operations team to develop a thorough understanding of project requirements.
  • Serve as the lead project strategist to research, identify and integrate new data sources and methodologies to enhance efficiency.
  • Implement/communicate project plans and updates to all stakeholders/cross-functional teams.
  • Utilize data analysis to optimize resource allocation and streamline business processes.
  • Execute load and capacity analysis of multiple areas within the site.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring cost control and performance metrics are maintained.

We're actively seeking Project Management/Planning professionals with the following background profile:

  • Bachelors degree (or higher) in Engineering, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in data analysis and process improvement in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency with project management software (MS Project, Primavera), and data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and Python.
