What You'll Do:

As the Project Planner, you'll:

  • Lead project planning and management responsibilities across North America.
  • Ensure accountability for budgets, timelines, and deliverables across teams.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership, including the Director of Operations, to drive success.
  • Support clinical milestones, from Phase III to commercialization.

What We're Looking For:

  • 5–8 years in project planning or project management within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project; PMP certification is strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • A strong leader who takes ownership, holds teams accountable, and thrives in a collaborative environment.

Location:

  • Central Indiana (3-5 days on-site). Candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to Indiana.
