Pay Range: $35 - $40/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the planning of maintenance repair and reliability work using SAP Notifications and Work Order Processes.
• Oversees all aspects of maintenance planning including material selection, procurement, and purchases.
• Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of work orders.
• Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of work orders via schedule attainment and craftsperson backlog.
• Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.
• Can work with less than 40 hours per week if area of responsibility is maintained.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills:( MAINTENANCE PLANNER OR MAINTENANCE REPAIR OR MAINTENANCE PLANNING OR PROCUREMENT OR PURCHASES. OR SAP OR OFFICE 365 OR PLANNING OR PROJECT PLANNING OR PROJECT PLANNING .
• SAP .
• Familiarity with industrial manufacturing equipment .
• Communication skills (verbal and written proficiency with digital documentation) .
• Office 365 proficiency .
• Planning and organization skills (maintenance planning, project planning, event planning or equivalent) .
• May require a bachelor's degree and at least 4-6 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
• Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others.
• A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
