The Executive Assistant serves a critical and multi-faceted role in Research and Technology Transfer (RTT) and the Arkansas Biosciences Institute (ABI). The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, know and execute the priorities of the Vice Provost, manage the Vice Provosts calendar and communications, direct correspondences to the correct staff members on the team, and attend meetings with or in place of the Vice Provost to provide meeting summaries and action items, including required follow up, to meeting attendees.
