Location: This role will be hybrid and can report out of our Hebron, OH or Grove City, OH facilities.

The Project Scheduler assists with coordination efforts, manages internal communications, and supports project activities, ensuring alignment with project goals and effective stakeholder engagement.

Other responsibilities of the role include:

  • Execute an internal communication plan to keep stakeholders informed about project progress, updates, tasks, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Summarize and publish meeting notes, action items, and decisions made during project meetings.
  • Provide regular updates to the business stakeholders on project status, risks, and issues.
  • Maintain project documentation, including meeting recordings and minutes, project decisions, schedules, and status reports.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for project meetings and stakeholder updates.
  • Assist in tracking project metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
  • Handle ambiguity and make sound decisions in a dynamic environment.
  • Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and coordinating various project activities.

Other requirements include:

  • A college degree in business, marketing, communications, PR, or relevant program (preferred). Will consider work experience in lieu of degree.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships with team members and stakeholders.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
