Project Scheduler - SourceOwls, LLC : Job Details

About the Role: As a Project Scheduler, you'll be crucial in planning and executing construction projects. You'll collaborate closely with project teams, trade partners, and consultants, using MS Project to develop and maintain efficient project schedules. Key Responsibilities: Develop and review pre-bid and post-award CPM schedules. Assist project teams in creating project narratives. Update MS Project schedules with monthly progress. Collaborate with external schedule consultants. Participate in schedule review meetings and maintain minutes. Assist with RFP and proposal schedule development. Travel to project sites to support teams. Qualifications: Experience in construction management with a focus on scheduling. Must have strong proficiency in MS Project. Must have relevant project experience (healthcare, private equity, or multi-family projects). Knowledge of Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a team setting. Familiarity with construction plans and specifications. This is not a remote job. Must be able to go onsite 5 days a week
