MIGSO-PCUBED is looking for a passionate and communicative Project Scheduler Consultant to join our team and support our engagements in the Greater Seattle Area. This position is hybrid and will require the occasional commute to either our office or client site.

Job Overview:

MIGSO-PCUBED is looking for a Project Scheduler Consultant. As a Project Scheduler you will be working on project schedules, project planning, permitting, stakeholder management and more. You will also be working directly with the Project Manager and will use your reporting, data and analytical skills to help drive successful execution of projects; ensuring strong project governance, financial, scheduling, and scope management. You will effectively assess and manage risks and issues. You have an understanding of Project, Program, and Portfolio Management (PPM) disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain detailed schedules for complex technology-based projects using project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera.
  • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to identify project milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Ensure that project schedules are up-to-date and accurately reflect the current status of the project.
  • Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts and issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Communicate project schedules and status updates to project teams and stakeholders on a regular basis.
  • Analyze project data and provide reports and metrics to project teams and stakeholders.
  • Continuously improve and refine scheduling processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as computer science, engineering, construction, or project management.
  • 5-12 years of experience in scheduling technology-based projects using project management software such as MS Project or P6.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with PowerBI is a plus.
  • Local to the Greater Seattle area.
  • Past experience working on a data center project preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies is a plus.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid setting (1-3 days/week).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
