ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* Create, coordinate and maintain project schedules as well as evaluate the life-cycle/progress of multiple project schedules, including cost controls

* Provide recommendations for schedule improvement based on potential impact of changes and work performance

* Collaborate with project managers, team members, and stakeholders to gather schedule information as well as ensuring schedules are up-to-date and running smoothly

* Ensure that any potential risk with the schedule is identified and clearly communicated to all relevant stakeholders

* Review project proposal and/or project execution plan to determine budget constraints, documentation requirements, staffing requirements and/or allotment of available resources to various phases of the project

* Lead project scheduling meetings to ensure schedules meet organizational standards and client needs

* Capture and document project lessons learned to reflect on the scheduling aspects of the project to identify areas of success and opportunities for improvement that can enhance efficiency in future projects

* Direct and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure that the project schedule and budget are maintained

* Visit project work sites occasionally

* Review status reports prepared by project personnel and modify schedules or plans as needed

* Compile and generate periodic status and job cost reports for all relevant stakeholders

* Confer with project personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problems

* Manage vendor partnerships, ensuring that all deliverables adhere to quality standards and are delivered within established timelines

* Demonstrates strong adherence to Company policies and procedures, as well as company values

* Perform all other duties as assigned by manager and/or supervisor

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

* High School diploma or equivalent education

* BS/BA degree in Engineering, Scheduling, Project Management or related field preferred

* 5+ years project scheduling experience in the Oil and Fabrication Industry

* Project Coordinator/Project Management Experience preferred

* Intermediate level written and verbal communication skills

* Ability to perform basic level mathematical skills

* Experience in Microsoft Office, specifically Projects, Excel, and Word

* Experience operating standard office equipment

* Must have strong organizational and time management skills

* For new hires, must meet all Performance Energy Services employment qualifications in force at time of hiring, including successful completion of a background investigation and pre-employment drug screen

* For new hires, must successfully complete all required training by Performance Energy Services
