Project Scheduler - Compunnel : Job Details

Job Summary We are seeking a mid-level Project Scheduler to join our LMDS project delivery team for a greenfield construction project in Wilson, North Carolina. This role involves managing project schedules across all phases of the project life cycle, including design, procurement, construction, commissioning, qualification, and validation. The successful candidate will be proficient in scheduling tools, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment, and committed to onsite work. Key Responsibilities Develop, manage, and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 and Oracle Primavera Cloud. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate schedules for various project phases. Track project progress and provide updates, ensuring alignment with overall timelines. Identify scheduling risks and recommend mitigation strategies. Support schedule planning for design, procurement, construction, commissioning, qualification, and validation activities. Facilitate clear communication and scheduling alignment among project stakeholders. Produce detailed schedule reports and presentations as required. Required Qualifications 5-7 years of relevant scheduling experience in project life cycles for greenfield construction projects. Proficiency in Primavera P6 and working knowledge of Oracle Primavera Cloud. Strong collaboration, communication, and messaging skills. Proven ability to perform effectively in large team environments. Eagerness to adapt quickly and engage in a fast-tracked and multi-faceted program. Availability to be onsite 100% of the time at Wilson, NC, or relocate near the project location. Location: Wilson, NC (Local)Education: Bachelors Degree
