Project Scheduler - CTS Complete Technical Services : Job Details

We are looking for Lead Project Scheduler resources in support of our upcoming 2026 HF Alky / C4SHP / GHT/ TGU turnaround events.

Event Specifics:

• Resource start date in Early January 2025
• Event execution in February / March 2026
• Potentially looking for two candidates
• Location – Corpus Christi, TX
• Lead Scheduler Resource will build and maintain project schedule in Primavera P6, in accordance with Company standards and scheduling tools.
• Import and condition data from SAP / Maxavera into Primavera P6
• Provide schedule analysis as requested
• Build and maintain schedule logic and level resources as required
• Work with contract planners to review logic and tie multiple work streams as needed through schedule building and optimization process.
• Schedules will be in excess of 15,000 to 30,000 activities
• Industrial / Refinery experience needed – prefer candidate with planning and scheduler experience
