About the PositionWe are seeking skilled Project Schedulers to join our team supporting a range of projects. These roles are responsible for planning and scheduling activities across various initiatives. This hands-on position provides the opportunity to directly influence project outcomes. By analyzing, monitoring, and maintaining project progress, preparing and evaluating reports, and developing solutions, our Project Schedulers contribute to the successful delivery of our transportation projects.This posting is for future long term, full-time, onsite positions located in Washington DC. Responsibilities
- Review and analyze contractor prepared schedules in Primavera P6, baseline schedules, using the schedule specifications as a basis of writing a summary report recommending approval, approved-as-noted, or revise-and-resubmit, or reject disposition; similarly with the review and analysis of contractually required monthly update schedules.
- Analyze schedules for opportunities to reduce schedule critical path duration and recover delays by creating and analyzing what-if schedules.
- Analyze contractor delay claims through the application of forensic scheduling principles for merit, quantity, concurrent delays, excusable versus inexcusable delays, compensable versus non-compensable delays, et cetera.
- Prepare and present schedule analysis presentations.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, business administration or related field or equivalent combination of experience and education.
- 5+ years of experience scheduling for heavy civil infrastructure construction projects - ie, roads, bridges, aviation, or transit projects.
- 5+ years' experience with construction scheduling software.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in engineering, construction management, business or related field.
- 10+ years of infrastructure experience in transportation and highways.
- Schedule risk analysis experience (e.g., Monte Carlo Analysis, etc.)
- Experience creating and presenting technical presentations in group settings and meetings.
- Expert level forensic scheduling skills, including the use of forensic scheduling software.
- Experience with Microsoft Power BI, or other dashboard KPI reporting software.
Compensation DetailsThe salary range listed for this role is $125k-$200k annually. The final salary offered is based on multiple factors and is thoughtfully aligned with each candidate's level of experience, breadth of skills, total education achieved, certifications/licenses that have been obtained, etc.Just LOOK at the Benefits We Offer!
