POSITION SCOPE Teamwork Tickets Inc., headquartered in Alpharetta, Georgia, has an immediate opening for a Project Specialist to join their team. The Project Specialist is responsible for supporting the company's organizational goals by acting as a coordinator between operations, data analytics and relationship management/development. Using organizational tools they will work to ensure the creation and communication of reports and projects. In addition, they will manage the inventory mapping process and assist with fulfillment as needed. The Project Specialist will help meet team goals in a constantly changing marketplace.   • Manage tracking system for partner reporting.
  • Create and ensure accuracy of revenue share reports.
  • Communicate revenue share reports to external partners in a timely manner.
  • Create and communicate other reports to external partners as requested.
Project Coordination
  • Collaborate and maintain effective communication with internal and external teams to ensure project alignment, timely deliverables, and successful outcomes.
  • Coordinate with the Relationship Management/Development team to create presentation decks.
  • Assist and manage ad hoc projects.
Operations/Inventory Management
  • Managing and executing the process to work with the exchanges to add events and map events.
  • Manages mapping requests to the exchanges, tracks progress for each request, and follows up as necessary to ensure accuracy/completion.
  • Order processing, including shipping and electronic fulfillment as needed. Including when responding to exchange inquiries or filling orders with replacements.
Miscellaneous
  • Assist in creation and management of Monday.com boards.
  • Creates and maintains standard operating procedures, both digitally and physically.
  • Assist with the development and execution of social media strategy.
  • Keeps up to date on industry trends and news.
PREREQUISITE KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong knowledge and interest in sports and live entertainment.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule when needed.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel.
  • Proficiency with Google sheets.
  • Proficiency with Canva.
PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Ability to work full-time in an office environment on the company's premises.
  • Ability to function in high-pressure situations.
  • Ability to operate a computer and other basic office equipment.
  • Ability to communicate with co-workers, vendors, and customers in real-time conversations in English.
  • Ability to access and interpret written information in real-time.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds to move office supplies or company documents.
  • Ability to maneuver within and around office environments, industry conference environments, etc.
  • Ability to attend industry conferences with our team as needed.
