We are unable to provide sponsorship at this moment .Job Title: Project Specialist: Talent OperationsLocation: Seattle, WA (100% remote)Duration: 6 Months (Potential to Extension/Hire)Schedule: M-F 8 AM- 5 PM (flexibility based on candidate's time zone: PST Preferred)Pay Rate Range: $21/hr - $25/hrJob Description: The Project Specialist in Talent Operations will primarily focus on supporting Talent Programs, with a specific emphasis on background screening. This role involves managing day-to-day operations, leading small projects, and contributing to strategic initiatives. The key responsibilities include reporting, data and document management, issue resolution, and fostering partnerships with vendors, recruiters, and HR to ensure an exceptional candidate experience. Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Maintain compliance through reporting and communicate results
  • Track and monitor daily reporting for delays, exceptions, and expirations
  • Manage the email inbox, address inquiries, issues, and escalate as necessary
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve queries and problems
  • Utilize Workday for candidate information and background check orders
  • Lead internal screening projects and assist with program management
  • Review, refine, and document program policies and processes
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement enhancements
Skills:
  • Strong excel capabilities
  • Experience using Workday Recruiting
  • Experience with First Advantage (Strongly Preferred)
  • 3 years experience in HR / Recruiting
  • Strong prioritization, organization, and time management skills
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to build trusting relationships with internal partners
  • Curiosity, ownership, and accountability
