Capgemini Government Solutions (CGS) LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Support Specialist to join our hybrid team based in San Antonio, TX. The successful applicant will work closely with our government clients to plan, initiate, and manage information technology projects, ultimately supporting our mission to provide exceptional service and client satisfaction. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to apply and grow their skills, work with a motivated and entrepreneurial team, engage with a wide range of collaborators, and build CGS' capabilities to serve our clients. Job Responsibilities: As a Project Support Specialist, you will: - Provide administrative support for the Government lead for assigned product activities, such as requirements, design, development, testing, integration, implementation, and sustainment.
- Provide support for the Government associated with official meetings, including preparing all read-ahead materials, and compiling meeting minutes. Provide administrative support (logistics for setting up meetings, record keeping, etc.).
- Provide progress and project reports and other related reports to support Product/Project Manager(s) and Government lead(s). Support communication with collaborators on issues that can be technical and complex in nature. Ensure tracking of activities and issues.
- Assist in providing central program knowledge management for key information and consolidated document tracking and repository management
- Assist in the execution of communication strategy as directed by program/project manager
- Assist in project planning and project coordination as directed by the program/project manager
Required Qualifications: - U.S. Citizenship is required
- Eligible to obtain and maintain Government Security Clearance
- Bachelor's degree or Equivalent experience
- At least 6 years of progressive experience in/related to IT Project Coordination
- Solid understanding of Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK)
- Excellent communication skills for reporting and training purposes
- Ability to handle various tasks effectively in a team-based environment
- Hybrid onsite required
Desired Qualifications: - Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong team building skills.
- Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies, to include Scrum and Kanban
- Experience with US Federal Government clients preferred

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable.
