Caliber Propel Program

The Caliber Propel Program is a one-year initiative designed to develop recent graduates into well-rounded leaders capable of excelling in various roles across the company. The program provides hands-on experience in key operational and strategic functions through structured rotations in:

  • Field Operations (4 months): Gain practical experience in core operations, including service delivery, quality control, safety protocols, and team management.
  • Account Management (4 months): Develop skills in client relationship management, contract fulfillment, and customer satisfaction.
  • Procurement & Compliance (4 months): Learn vendor management, contract negotiation, supply chain logistics, and procurement strategy.

Core Competencies include:

  • Business Acumen: Understanding our business model, industry dynamics, and strategic goals.
  • Communication and Customer Service: Mastering effective verbal and written communication, active listening, client interaction, and team coordination to build strong relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Continuous Improvement: Encouraging innovation, critical thinking, and problem-solving to enhance processes and outcomes.

Certifications and training in financial management, project management, and department-specific skills, supported by mentorship and networking opportunities. The program concludes with a final placement in a department based on participant experience and leadership feedback.
