The growing Real Estate Operations team is looking to hire a Commercial Property Administrator, who will provide detailed administrative support to a team of property managers responsible for a portfolio of commercial properties. This highly visible position will work closely with our internal team of property managers, and our network of third-party vendors, to provide top-tier service to our diverse client base. What you will work on day to day:

* Point of contact for maintenance, repair, or property enhancement requests from clients.

* Review scope of work, lease, and warranty information related requests.

* Draft appropriate authorization letters and correspondence for property manager review and distribution.

* Pursue close out documentation (i.e., permits, as-builts, lien waivers, completion photos, etc.) in a timely manner.

* Process invoices for recurring services, preventative maintenance, HVAC service, etc.

* Monitor work orders and manage maintenance and vendor information within Yardi.

* Coordinate inspections, and repairs.

* Execute special assignments and tasks under general supervision.

What we need from you:

* Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.

* Minimum of 5 or more years working in an administrative capacity in a fast-paced corporate setting. Commercial real estate experience a plus.

* Excellent PC skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, typing, and internet search capabilities. Yardi experience a plus.

* Excellent organizational, administrative, and communication skills.

* Able to execute large volume of work, meet deadlines, work under pressure, and adjust priorities quickly.

* Able to maintain work performance with frequent interruptions and maintain cooperative working relationships.

* High level of professionalism and discretion required.

The hourly rate for this role is in the range of ($24.56 - $37.31). You may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and an annual discretionary stock award, (dependent on date of hire) to be discussed during the initial phone interview. Base salary and total compensation package determined by the candidate's experience, knowledge, education, skills, performance, and abilities, as well as internal equity, company performance, and alignment with market data.
