Overview
The Property Administrator reports to the Property Manager, Senior Property Manager or General Manager and provides a variety of clerical and administrative support services to the Property Management Team. The individual in this position works closely under the direction of the Property Manager, Senior Property Manager or General Manager and the duties and responsibilities may include assisting with budgeting, financial reporting, billing rent, collecting rent, accounts payable, vendor services, and maintaining files.
The base salary is aligned with market data and is estimated between $53,000 to $63,000 with the ability to achieve additional compensation through bonus. This salary range reflects base compensation for the position across all US locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and other factors including relevant education/training, experience, and internal equity.
Responsibilities
* The Property Administrator reports to the Property Manager and supports all aspects of the management for the assigned portfolio.
* Provide a variety of clerical and administrative support services to the Property Management Team.
* Responsible for the client's goals and objectives through client and tenant relations, and day-to-day operations of the Property.
* Although you are employed as a Property Administrator, you may be required to perform other reasonable duties from time to time as the Company may require.
Qualifications
* Bachelors Degree, preferably in business, real estate, or finance
* Candidate will possess a minimum of three years related experience
* Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
* Ability to express ideas clearly in written and verbal communications
* Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
* Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service
