Property and Compliance Manager - Zar Property NY : Job Details

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property and Compliance Manager at Zar Property NY in Manhattan, NY.

Must have knowledge of building systems, such as HVAC, elevator, fire alarm, boilers, steam systems, and must be able to maintain an efficient schedule of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly building maintenance.

Duties

• Understand and maintain building systems by coordinating repairs and service

• Work cooperatively with vendors and contractors, with tenant coordination, to expedite the completion of work

• Manage and address tenant maintenance requests

• Comply with all mandated building systems and equipment testing and NYC Local Laws

• Monitor and implement regulatory changes affecting NYC real estate

• Oversee vendor contracts and services to maintain property standards

• Monitor and enforce property rules and regulations

Qualifications

Knowledge of all NYC building enforcement agencies.

• Strong Communication skills
• Experience in managing Leases and Property Management
• Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
