Property Caretaker - Apartment Building Maintenance - Accessible Space : Job Details

National nonprofit provider of high-quality accessible, affordable housing is seeking a Full-time experienced Property Caretaker - light maintenance for 2 apartment buildings in Duluth, MN (Haines Road and Junction Ave) for the general upkeep and maintenance. Duties will include but are not limited to:

• Minor maintenance and cleaning.
• Apartment turns.
• Work order completion.
• Grounds maintenance, etc.

Qualifications:

• Must be available to complete general work responsibilities Monday through Friday between the hours of 7a.m. and 6p.m.
• Professional and Dependable
• The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must have at least one (1) year experience in performing minor building and maintenance repairs
