Property Caretaker - Accessible Space : Job Details

Accessible Space Inc. is seeking an experienced a Full-Time property caretaker to maintain two of our properties in Memphis, TN. (Gilham Drive, Coleman Road)Position includes a 2 bedroom unit on site - Rent Free - candidate is not required to live on site.

General duties include - apartment turns, cleaning, painting and minor maintenance, work order completion, etc.Competitive wage plus benefits including:

Must have at least one (1) year experience in performing minor building and maintenance repairs, be professional and dependable with the ability to work without direct supervision
