Property Maintenance Worker - City of North Little Rock Arkansas : Job Details

Provides manual labor assistance to the Code Enforcement Department by performing the following duties. Essential Functions include the following. The list of essential functions is not exhaustive and may be supplemented as necessary. Other duties may be assigned. Regular and predictable attendance and punctuality are essential functions of this position. Maintains abandoned properties: mows, rakes, sweeps, trims abandoned lots; may also clean, mow, and trim ditches, alleys, right-of-way areas, and other City properties; boards, secures, and performs general carpentry for abandoned property; removes graffiti from City property. Manual labor: moves office furniture, filing cabinets, and other City appliances as necessary; cleans Code department floors and offices as necessary; provides other manual labor and equipment operation assistance as needed, including for the Street Department.
