Description
Under the direction of the Real Estate Manager would be the tenant representative to landlords to address property and facility issues at approximately 40 DiBella's Sub's locations. Responsible for maintaining general property repairs and maintenance of an existing commercial real estate portfolio under the direction of the Real Estate Manager and other members of management as well as the day-to-day activities within the Restaurant Support Center while exercising the upmost level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Hours: 8:00am - 4:00pm Monday thru Friday, can be flexible
Requirements
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
1. Liaison between DiBella's and Landlords regarding all property management and facilities issues for all DiBella's locations.
2. Address and process property management issues along with maintaining the properties of an existing commercial real estate portfolio.
a. Coordinating and maintaining landscaping and snow plowing contracts
b. Showing spaces to potential tenants
c. Maintaining tenant preventive maintenance requirements
d. Transferring and/or setting up utilities and other services when needed
e. Coordinating with vendors for services and repairs and following through until completion
f. Meeting vendors onsite for inspections, site visits, etc.
g. Be in communication with tenants in a professional manner, coordinating repairs and maintenance with tenants
3. Run errands as needed.
a. Lunch, post office, bank, etc.
4. Perform clerical duties including but not limited to:
a. Answer phone and direct calls to appropriate individuals.
b. Serves as the receptionist for the office and greet visitors by managing the door
c. Sort incoming paper and electronic mail and deliver to appropriate department or individual, process outgoing mail
d. Maintain office and office equipment by ordering supplies, organizing, cleaning, etc., as needed.
e. Maintain both paper and electronic filing systems
f. Filing and completion of simple forms
5. Data entry/accounting tasks, as needed.
6. Support restaurant and administrative staff by fielding various requests.
7. Perform other related duties as assigned.

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Education and Experience:
Associate degree (A.A./A.S.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
