Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the property management team
- Communicate professionally with tenants, vendors, and customers
- Maintain accurate property records and information

- Schedule service appointments and manage the maintenance calendar
- Organize meetings and manage property-related projects
Experience:
- 2+ years of administrative experience
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Schedule: Full-Time, Mon - Fri
Pay: $24–$28/hour depending on experience
