Property Management Coordinator - Mount Sinai Health System : Job Details

Responds to tenant needs and coordinates with maintenance staff to resolve problems. Responds to all problems and concerns and ensures compliance with policies and procedures. Maintains positive relationships and high retention levels with all tenants. Interacts regularly with tenants and vendors to ensure that objectives are being met. Anticipates and responds to needs and concerns. Oversees the preparation of accurate, timely, and complete reports. Prepares delinquent reports and internal lease administration documents. Provides indirect supervision of on-site environmental service employees to ensure optimum performance. Performs regular inspections of the property. Recommends and directs alterations, maintenance and reconditioning of property as necessary. Oversees the collection of rent, payments, etc. in compliance with leasing terms and preparations of all notices. Follows up as needed.
