Charlesgate Gate Property Management is seeking smart, organized, and proactive Maintenance Technicians to join our growing team. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for day-to-day multiple maintenance service requests repair and upkeep services within a portfolio of Boston , Metro North Boston and Metro South Boston area residential apartment and condominium buildings under the direction of the Property Managers.Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of residential property maintenance experience, must have a well-rounded industry skill set, and external outside contractor supervisory experience, including communication and coordination. All candidates will have an HVAC or EPA certification .All Candidates must submit a complete formatted resume including correct work history dates and job responsibilities as part of the applicationWork is to be performed in a high-quality manner with a sense of urgency. Clients and property must be treated with the utmost respect and hospitality. A valid driver's license, well running vehicle/truck, and a set of tools are required for the job.
