Finishes Solutions, LLC is looking for an experienced Property Management Data Entry Coordinator to organize, track and report data and work alongside the Property Management/Construction Team and assist with various tasks. Ultimately, you will help the Property Management Department run smoothly, ensuring transparency and efficiency in all transactions. Property Management Data Entry Coordinator Responsibility: A Property Management Data Entry Coordinator typically has a wide range of responsibilities, which can include: As a Data Entry Coordinator, you will play a vital role in the organization, working closely with all Departments to ensure the successful execution of construction projects. Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate data entry tasks. Input, update, and maintain information in internal and external systems accurately and timely. Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness. Organize and maintain databases, ensuring data integrity and security. Collaborate with various departments to gather and input relevant data. Keep detailed records of data entry activities and processes. Identify and resolve data related issues or discrepancies. Generate reports based on entered data for analysis and decision-making, as required. Must be detail oriented and have strong computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office products, data entry software, and databases. Requires good communications skills to coordinate with team members and other departments. Must be able to maintain confidentiality to ensure proper handling of sensitive information. Other duties as assigned. Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in file management and maintaining accurate records. Excellent typing accuracy. Familiarity with order entry processes. Proficient in Excel and Microsoft.
