Loyal Source Government Services is looking for a Property Specialist to work at our various clinic locations in support of the VA Regional Offices.

Job Summary:

This position will provide mission critical support to the MDE Program Manager by expanding the companys options for providing Medical Disability Examinations using Loyal Source providers and staff in locations outside the coverage area of established Loyal Healthcare Clinics. The Property Management Specialist will research, coordinate, establish, and maintain partnerships with property owners/managers in remote and geographically isolated areas within an assigned Veterans Administration (VA) Region. The Property Management Specialist must communicate with leaders across multiple workstreams, including MDE Senior Program Manager, Director of MDE Services, Clinic Operations Manager, Compliance Manager, Information Technology (IT), and Accounting to ensure all efforts remain synchronized with customer demand and current staffing levels.

Key Responsibilities:

Research real estate markets for property to use as recurring or single-use pop-up clinic locations, which can be used by Loyal Source MDE travel team providers to conduct MDE examinations.

Inspect and evaluate selected locations to ensure they meet all established standards for quality, compliance, safety, customer satisfaction, and overall suitability established by the customer or Loyal Source leadership.

Establish and maintain relationships with local vendors and general contractors for best pricing and future projects.

Collaborate with the facility specialist and landlord to track repairs and ongoing maintenance, security, and upkeep of properties.

Review and recommend for approval simple contracts and related business agreements.

Procure business licenses, building permits, fire inspections, environmental health inspections, and quarterly business tax renewals for all new and established MDE clinics.

Oversee all general contractor projects and work orders for new and established MDE facilities.

Procure Certificates of Insurance for new and existing clinics.

Order and schedule installation of interior and exterior signage for all clinic sites.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:

Knowledge of real estate markets and property management.

Familiarity with healthcare operations and compliance standards.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Minimum of 6 months of administrative and/or program support experience in healthcare staffing, office management, or working in a similar healthcare environment.

Proven success in a team environment.

Willingness to travel with reasonable advanced notice for periods of up to one week, up to 15% of the time.

Competent in the use of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Competent in the use of search engines and applications used for internet-based research.

Competent in the use of mapping software to the degree necessary to research potential clinic or event locations, develop travel plans, and estimate coverage areas and customer commuting distances.

All candidates must be physically able to perform all strenuous duties entailed in this position.

This individual will be able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time.

Candidates will possess the ability to work irregular hours, or regular hours based on different time zones, as directed by management.

Qualifications:

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: BA/BS in related field is required.
