Who Were Looking For
As a Property Manager, you will ensure the efficient operation of the property and is responsible for initial tenant certifications and recertifications; generating monthly occupancy reports; on-site collections; posing and deposits of rental payments. The Property Manager oversees the condition and appearance of buildings and grounds in addition to performing monthly unit inspections. The Property Manager works in conjunction with the Director to resolve all tenant concerns and issues in a timely fashion while achieving the financial and occupancy goals of the housing project. Thorough understanding of the housing market, superb time management skills and providing exceptional property management services are required. Working knowledge of Low Income Housing Tax Credit properties and LIHTC Certification required. Some evening and weekend hours will be required.

Qualifications:Education/Training:
Masters degree with 1 year experience, Bachelors degree with 2 years experience or Associates degree with 3 years experience. Appropriate real estate management experience can be substituted for education.
Experience: Experience managing LIHTC properties a must!
