Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm, with occasional evenings and weekends as needed

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Regional Property Manager to join our team and oversee multiple communities in Pennsylvania.

Position Overview: As a Regional Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our manufactured home communities in your region. This includes overseeing Property Managers, sales, marketing, tenant relations, and ensuring our properties are well-maintained and fully occupied. Your goal will be to achieve a 100% occupancy rate and ensure the timely collection of all rent and fees.
