Summary:
The Property Manager at LUMA Residential is all about building a strong team and leading by example to keep the community thriving. You'll be the go-to for training, implementing, and running the day-to-day operations that make sure everything is on point. That means hitting occupancy goals, keeping cash flow strong for the owners, and aligning with the property owner's vision. You'll also be the one to hire, train, coach, and support your team to bring out their best, all while making sure we stick to LUMA Residential's high standards and play by the rules.

As a Property Manager, you're responsible for all your actions, and every interaction-with owners, residents, contractors, and your team-should bring good vibes and set the tone for a supportive, successful community. Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
* High school diploma, along with Fair Housing training, and a designation from IREM or Apartment Association.
* A proven background in marketing, sales, or public relations, with the ability to create buzz and drive success.
* Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office, keeping operations smooth and efficient.
* Strong analytical skills for reviewing computerized rent rolls, receivables/payables, and monthly financials.
* Access to a motor vehicle with current insurance at all times for work-related tasks.
* A minimum of two (2) years of continuous management experience with properties over 100 units
* A valid, current driver's license is required and must be maintained at all times.
