  • Leadership with Vision: Guide and inspire a dedicated team, promoting our corporate goals and core values. Your leadership will be the driving force behind achieving our financial and operational objectives.
  • Excellence in Customer Experience: Address resident concerns with a first-class approach, embodying the luxury standard set by Comstock.
  • Strategic Planning: Contribute to and oversee the execution of annual business plans, ensuring alignment with our leasing, occupancy, and financial targets.
  • Financial Oversight: Prepare and analyze financial reports, manage budgets effectively, and oversee the financial performance of the properties.
  • Maintenance and Operations: Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure our properties always exemplify peak condition and operational efficiency.
  • Marketing and Branding: Work closely with our marketing team to develop strategies that align with Comstock's brand standards and enhance property visibility.
  • Compliance and Standards: Ensure all operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications
  • Experience: At least 5 years in property management, with a preference for experience in luxury residential settings. A minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Education: A college degree is preferred, alongside a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Yardi Voyager or similar systems, and rent pricing tools like LRO or Yieldstar.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team, with a focus on mentorship and professional development.
  • Communication: Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with an ability to handle complex challenges.
  • Integrity and Accountability: A commitment to ethical conduct and a high level of responsibility.
