Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 per year

Job Responsibilities:
- Portfolio Management: Oversee a portfolio of commercial properties, including 1 retail space, 5 office spaces, and 2 business associations (total of 903,000 sq. ft.).
- Tenant Relations: Foster strong tenant relationships by managing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring lease compliance.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, ensuring quality and timely service delivery.
- Financial Management: Prepare and manage property budgets, process invoices, handle rent collections, and provide financial reporting (including CAM reconciliation).
- Property Maintenance: Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, improvements, and preventive measures.
- Project Management: Oversee capital improvement projects, ensuring completion on time and within budget.
- Team Leadership: Lead and support the property management team, including conducting performance reviews and staff development.
- Marketing and Leasing: Work with brokers to coordinate marketing and leasing activities (no lease renewals drafting required).
- Property Inspections: Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
What You Bring:
- At least 5 years of experience in property management, with a focus on commercial real estate.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Must hold a valid California real estate license.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of commercial and retail leases.
- Experience with CAM reconciliation and vendor management.
- Proficiency with Excel and other property management software.
- Tech-savvy and quick to adapt to new tools and technologies.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and stay proactive in a dynamic environment.
