Property Manager - Atrium: Staffing : Job Details

Our client is one of Greater Boston's leading residential real estate companies, specializing in multifamily housing. Service offerings include apartment rentals, corporate housing, and commercial leasing. The company is committed to strategic growth and sustainable profitability. They are currently looking to add a Property Manager to their team. Salary/Hourly Rate: $80k plus 10% Incentive Bonus Position Overview: There is an exciting opportunity for a Property Manager to join the team for our client's beautiful community. Responsibilities of the Property Manager:

• Managing 400 - 500 residential units/new build.
• Managing the Property Management and Maintenance team.
• Preparing annual budgets and completing monthly and quarterly financial reporting.
• Involvement in leasing, credit and collections, and marketing.
• Ensuring compliance with all Fair Housing regulations.

• 3+ years of market rent/residential property management experience.
• Familiarity with leasing, credit and collections, and marketing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to lead and motivate others.
• Must possess professional written and verbal communication skills.

• Bachelor's degree is required.
