WHAT YOU WILL DO:

* Executes Resident retention initiatives to drive resident satisfaction and decrease turnover

* Ensure quality control of make-readies and work orders

* Strategic Planning

* Maintain current knowledge of market trends

* Prioritize preventative maintenance schedules & participate in capital project scopes

* Conduct monthly analysis & reports

* Develop & Implement projects and programs to reach community goals

* Responsible for hiring, coaching, and conducting performance reviews.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

* Minimum of 2+ years experience in the multifamily industry as Property Manager.

* Rehab experience at a class A property is preferred.

* Yardi experience preferred.

* Proficiency in creating, managing and monitoring property budget & financial reporting

* Familiarity with various social media sites for marketing purposes

* Experience with Word, Excel and Internet Explorer.
