Shift: DayWorking Hours: 8-5Summary:Real Estate Manager - directs, supports and assists in the management of Baptist Health owned and leased real estate. Involved in all aspects of the property including rent collection and accounting, budgeting, lease administration, tenant relations, property inspections and maintenance, vendor contract administration and construction management. Oversee the coordination of major projects and company initiatives on a system basis. Manages and coordinates general duties of Property Managers within system.Other information:10 or more years in commercial real estate property management industry Experience with preparation of annual property budgets, accruals, income statements, forecasting, and variance analyses. Extensive project management experience. Relationship management with executive level client.This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
