Position Overview

The Property Manager holds a vital leadership role dedicated to guiding the team, overseeing all leasing activity, and ensuring tenant satisfaction. In this position, you will collaborate with the Vice President to enhance leasing and marketing strategies.

What You Will Do

  • Lead, Manage, Accountability; hire, train, and supervise leasing team members. Develop, implement, and enforce department policies and procedures.
  • Leasing; review and approve lease applications and agreements, develop, implement, and enforce department policies and procedures.
  • Marketing; develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants, promote new projects, and engaging content for social media platforms
  • Inspections; enforce inspection policies, create inspection reports, issue violation notices
  • Customer Care

What You Will Bring

  • Minimum of five years of relevant property management and customer service experience.
  • Leasing experience; is required
  • Strong organizational skills with problem-solving attitude.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
