SCI, the leading real estate search firm, is recruiting on behalf of an exciting and dynamic real estate investment and management firm to fill a General Manager - Student Housing role in Reno, NV.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and guide leasing, operations, and maintenance teams.
• Manage day-to-day property operations and collaborate on marketing initiatives.
• Supervise leasing, conduct inspections, and maintain high service standards.
• Oversee budget development, financial operations, and vendor relations.
• Foster positive relationships with university officials and manage resident relations.

Qualifications:

• 4-5 years in student housing, including 2-3 years in a GM role.
• Experience with luxury housing or new developments preferred.
• Strong financial, organizational, and people management skills.
• Proficiency in Entrata, Microsoft Office, and social media marketing.
