Job Description :
What You'll Do...
  • Ensure leadership style creates a productive, motivated, informed, inspired, engaged, and goal-oriented team to achieve operational goals.
  • Manage and resolve any resident issues or disturbances that require immediate, physical attention at the property, such as safety concerns or emergencies. For all resident issues, including urgent or serious matters, communicate and/or guide residents to the Director of Resident Experience (DORE) team for further action and resolution.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Director to formulate and manage annual budgets for the community.
  • Drive property performance using Apartment Snapshot to evaluate and identify areas of improvement in each KPI category and implement changes, as necessary.
  • Monitor the property, including office space, restrooms, amenity areas, parking lot, and showing units to ensure they meet quality, cleanliness, and presentation standards.
RequirementsWhat You Need to Succeed...
  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • 1+ years of supervisory responsibility or previous Assistant Community Manager experience required.
  • 3+ years of property management experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of resident and eviction laws and computerized property management software, preferably YARDI, preferred.
  • Communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to delegate and problem-solve issues.
  • CAM certification preferred.
  • Pass criminal background screening prior to employment.
