Job Title: Property ManagerJob DescriptionManage multiple properties, both residential and commercial (4 - 5), either in-office or on the road at multiple sites, handling customer complaints and needs. Oversee and coordinate all property management, maintenance, and construction activities for a growing portfolio of properties, and provide executive and clerical support as needed. The role involves a variety of administrative tasks related to the management, leasing, and operation of commercial properties.ResponsibilitiesProvide superior tenant relations and customer service.Compose tenant correspondence with accurate grammar, spelling, and punctuation.Assist with tenant and vendor customer service.Oversee and coordinate property management, maintenance, and construction activities for commercial tenants in buildings such as warehouses, manufacturing sites, retail, and office buildings.Follow up on the status of vendor jobs.Obtain bids for additional work from outside contractors or in-house service divisions.Assemble and analyze contract bids.Coordinate new tenant items and events.Coordinate customer relation functions and holiday activities/gift distribution.Assist with customer satisfaction surveys.Perform other duties as assigned.Essential SkillsExperience managing multiple properties (4 - 5), both residential and commercial, dealing with tenant complaints/issues.Proficiency in property administration and office support.Strong communication skills with superior tenant relations.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Experience with QuickBooks and AppFolio.Ability to handle multiple projects and interact with diverse tenants.Self-management and multi-tasking capabilities.Minimum 2 - 5 years' experience in commercial/residential real estate/property management with additional clerical support responsibilities.High school diploma, with some college coursework in Real Estate as a plus. AS/AA degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience is preferred.Additional Skills & QualificationsIndividual capable of working without direct supervision.Self-initiator with the ability to problem solve and multi-task effectively.Organized and task-oriented, able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with multiple deadlines.Adaptable to changing priorities while maintaining an approachable, friendly demeanor.Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with managers, vendors, contractors, and tenants.Ability to draft and write detailed notes, communications to tenants, vendors, and contracted firms to prepare reports and presentations.Motivational skills to encourage others to complete projects on time and coordinate all efforts effectively.Team player.Why Work Here?We offer a dynamic and supportive work environment with opportunities for professional growth.
