Property Manager - Ebenezer Senior Living : Job Details

Provides leadership and supervision to staff. Establishes and supports an environment conducive to the provision of quality services and high-level customer satisfaction. Develops budget, routinely monitors financial activities, and maintains accurate financial records. Monitors the maintenance of the building and grounds and provides feedback/direction to appropriate staff as necessary. Understands the association governance and the sale process. Performs other duties as assigned and directed Qualifications Required:Real Estate Licensure - required to obtain within 48 months of hire datethree to five years of previous experience.
