Industry competitive compensation! $50,000 Base Salary Ideal candidates will possess the following: Five or more years of Apartment leasing experience Two or more years of Apartment management experience Two years of consecutive verifiable employment in the last 5 years Excellent customer service, professional in appearance, and positive attitude Previous experience with industry software. Yardi knowledge is a plus. Previous experience with rent collection practices Experience with the downtown Indianapolis competitive multi-family market All offers will be pending drug and criminal background screening.
