They are currently looking to add a Property Manager to their team.Salary/Hourly Rate$75k – $85k plus BonusPosition OverviewThere is an exciting opportunity for a Property Manager to join the team for our client's beautiful community.   • Managing 400 – 500 residential units/new build.
  • Managing the Property Management and Maintenance team.
  • Preparing annual budgets and completing monthly and quarterly financial reporting.
  • Involvement in leasing, credit and collections, and marketing.
  • Ensuring compliance with all Fair Housing regulations.
Qualifications For The Property Manager, Residential
  • 3+ years of market rent/residential property management experience.
  • Familiarity with leasing, credit and collections, and marketing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to lead and motivate others.
  • Must possess professional written and verbal communication skills.
Education Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree is required.
