Job Description:

STARTUPHQ LLC seeks a Property Portfolio Manager in San Francisco, CA to manage a diverse portfolio of office properties. Responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing day-to-day operations, maintenance, and tenant relations.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries, concerns, and lease-related matters.
  • Fostering positive relationships to enhance tenant satisfaction and retention.
  • Coordinating and supervising property maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
  • Collaborating with maintenance teams and vendors to ensure high standards of upkeep and safety.
  • Developing and managing property budgets, monitoring expenses, and optimizing financial performance to ensure profitability.
  • Analyzing financial reports and implementing strategies to maximize returns.
  • Overseeing lease agreements, lease negotiations, and lease renewals.
  • Ensuring compliance with lease terms and regulations.
  • Identifying and mitigating risks related to property management, including insurance, safety protocols, and compliance with local regulations.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to enhance property value, increase occupancy rates, and improve overall portfolio performance.
  • Preparing and presenting regular reports to senior management, detailing property performance, financial metrics, and operational updates.
  • Conducting site visits locally as needed.

    • Minimum Requirements:

    Must have an Associate's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field, and six months of experience in a Property Portfolio Manager or a related occupation.

    Salary: $75,754.00 to $158,330.00 per year.
