You will love working at Fogelman! Fogelman is growing and hiring an additional experienced Property Support Specialist to float and assist with leasing and office duties at their communities. This position is based out of Atlanta and requires travel within the Atlanta metro market as well as to other out of state markets. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding & experience in all aspects of leasing and Assistant Manager duties, has worked on Conventional Class A or B communities with proven sales performance, is out-going, professional and creative, loves marketing and helping residents at various properties, proficient with Yardi, Entrata, CRM and Yieldstar and is a team player. Must possess reliable transportation and the flexibility to travel out of state. SUMMARY: This position is responsible for maximizing the physical and financial occupancies of the Fogelman managed assets through filling in for vacant office positions, troubleshooting, market analysis, and one on one training as requested. Through example and education, this position provides assistance, motivation and results while assisting in the day-to-day duties at properties needing additional assistance. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Filling in for vacant Assistant Manager/Leasing positions onsite and performing duties assigned by the respective Business Manager
  • Experienced and skilled in all Assistant Manager and leasing duties
  • Assisting with the execution of marketing for the assigned property and management of social media
  • Knowledgeable and proficient in all Marketing programs including social media, Property Websites, LTS, SOCI, & Modern Message
  • Proficient in Yardi, Entrata, CRM & Yieldstar with the ability to use respective programs at assigned property
  • Exemplary customer service skills, professional attitude and the ability to multitask and acclimate quickly to assigned property duties
  • Continual personal and professional development through the attendance of industry and company sponsored training
  • Other duties as required and assigned
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
  • Strong understanding and experience in all aspects of Fogelman Leasing and Assistant Manager duties
  • Superior accounting experience with strong attention to detail
  • Strong with rent collections & delinquency
  • Proven sales experience with strong closing skills
  • Exemplary communication skills, both written and oral
  • Ability to organize, prioritize and multi-task
  • Exceptional customer service & relationship building skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, Yardi, Entrata, CRM and Yieldstar.
  • Ability to travel locally within the Atlanta metro or to other states
  • Flexible to work Saturday on-site schedule if needed
  • Professional, outgoing and self-starter
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written), relationship-building, and customer service skills.
  • Valid driver's license and automobile insurance required.
