This position involves coordinating efforts across functions to gather essential information, ensuring that proposals are not only accurate and compliant but also reflect our organization's capabilities and strengths in a compelling manner. By managing timelines and contributing to the strategic approach of proposal submissions, the Proposal Analyst is an integral team member who facilitates a smooth process that supports the organization's goals and business growth.Coordinate the development and submission of proposals, ensuring adherence to all deadlines and compliance with the request for proposal (RFP) specifications.Serve as the primary point of contact for the proposal team members during the proposal process.Assists proposal manager with preparation for all proposal reviewsDevelop, populate and maintain the proposal Virtual Proposal Center (VPC), to include document permissions and contributor access.Works with classified IT and security to move proposal material in and out of SCIFs.Interfaces with security to vet visitors for access to SCIFs, using the appropriate Visitor Management tools.Leads the new team member and consultant onboarding process to include, corresponding with team members and consultants guiding them through required paperwork, coordinating training and collaborating with internal resources to support onboarding requirements.Collaborates with graphics artists and desktop publishers to develop templates aligned with proposal outline to ensure quality deliverables.Schedules, at appropriate intervals, desktop publishing support and graphics supportEstablishes a print/production schedule and resource plan.Manages the proposal production process, including document formatting, assembly, and delivery, ensuring a professional appearance and timely submission.Desktop Publishes proposal documents, ensuring a cohesive and final document.May also support the development of the proposal staffing matrix. Ensures that the matrix complies with the RFP instructions and proposal plan. Responsible for integrating staffing approach into the management volume Contribute to Proposal Excellence process improvement initiatives as assignedRequirements: Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI Required Experience:Must have 8+ years of applicable work experience in Procurement, Compliance or related field (ideally in a US government contractor environment) with a BS degree, or 16+ years of applicable work experience at the minimum in lieu of a BS degree can be substituted. Required Technical Skills: VPC; SharePoint; MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Adobe Acrobat Required Skills and Abilities: Must be organized, self starter; excellent communication skills (written and oral); successful in a team environment; ability to, at times, have flexible schedule to work around deadlines; positive attitude; willingness to learn and develop new skills; ability to collaborate/work with team members in all levels and functions of the company. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
