Key Responsibilities:

• Research, analyze, and evaluate wealth screening data to identify prospective donors and inform solicitation strategies

• Serve as donor database SME, ensuring data integrity and managing functions related to prospects and Moves Management

• Prepare profiles and strategic briefings on prospects for regional development team

• Map relationships between donors and prospects to identify opportunities and build a major gifts pipeline

• Develop metrics and reports to analyze prospect portfolio performance

• Process data entry for gifts and maintain accurate records

• Facilitate donor correspondence, including gift acknowledgments and receipts

• Manage online giving platforms and provide reports to stakeholders

Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:

• Minimum of three years of professional experience in prospect research, development, or related field

• Bachelor's degree preferred; Associate's degree with three years of database management and/or prospect research will be considered

• Previous database management experience, preferably in a philanthropic or nonprofit setting

• Experience using wealth screening research tools highly desirable

• Experience using Raiser's Edge preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, or pull, or otherwise move objects

• Repetitive movements of hands, fingers, and arms for typing and/or writing during work shift

• Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time
